Returns

As part of our commitment to customer service Gade Cosmetics offer a fair policy on all returns.

1. 1. Our customers may return the item(s) for an exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase. 
2. 2. When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging and resalable condition.
3. 3. A handling/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be assessed on returned products, unless given "good cause"; to be determined at the sole discretion of gadecosmetics.com.au
4. 4. gadecosmetics.com.au is not responsible for misdirected returns.
5. 5. Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
6. 6. We don’t do refunds or exchanges on sale items.
